For the true catfish lovers, we want you to know that we ONLY SERVE FARM RAISED CATFISH FROM U.S.A. We refuse to sell anything different. The other guys can have the discounts they get with the vietnamese and asian substitutes. Not knocking them, but we prefer the good ole' grain fed, fresh pond, USA regulated on USA soil CATFISH!!! Though we also have blackened and grilled catfish or shrimp, most customers take a walk on the wild side and do the fried. NO GLUTEN in our oil, no m'am and nooo sir. Our breading has a few familiar ingredients and the rest, well Big Momma says I'd have give you a one way ticket out of Texas if I told you. LOL!!! Anything else you need to know, just come on out and give us a "look see". Then from sausage and hotlinks shipped straight from Memphis to keilbaska polish sausage, we leave you wondering if your Grandmom really is in the kitchen. Aynway, we love God and we thank Him daily for your patronage. Our entire team is committed to creating an atmosphere that reminds you of "Big Momma's" kitchen. (For those of you who don't remember Big Momma, she's the grandmom that everybody loves and the whole neighborhood claims as family!!) We want you to feel at home. Kick off your shoes. (Well, that may be going a bit too far. Especially after a hard days work. They might smellll and run the other customers away.) Just kidding. But seriously, we want you to feel welcome.
